Breakfast with Santa - We need your help (cookies, wrapping supplies, band member group raffle baskets)

As we put the finishing touches on our Breakfast with Santa event, we need a little help from our band family. We need donations of Christmas cookies for our Cookie walk and wrapping paper for the Santa Shoppe. All donations will be collect on Friday, December 9th between 7-9pm in the commons. Please email me at amcjinvestment@yahoo.com if you able to contribute a donation of cookies and/or wrapping paper.

 
Raffle Baskets for Breakfast with Santa. The band members will be split up into groups mainly by sections to create baskets to be raffled at the Breakfast for Santa event on Saturday, December 10th. Your section’s basket will need to be dropped off on Friday, December 9th from 7-9pm. Each basket should have theme for example OSU, Pickerington wear, CARS, Disney etc… The retail value of the basket should cost $35. All band members in the group must participate with the creation of your basket. Baskets should be unisex and may be for a kid or an adult. Group 1 – Baritone and Clarinets
Group 2 – Color Guard
Group 3 – Percussion
Group 4 - Flutes and Horns
Group 5 – Sax and Trombones
Group 6 – Trumpets and Tubas
(Field Commanders should join the group of their musical instrument)
