If you sell 100 pies at an average price of $12.00 that is $1200 at 30% profit you will receive $360.00
 
If you sell 250 pies at an average price of $12.00 that is $3000 at 30% profit you will receive $900.00
 
If you sell 500 pies at an average price of $12.00 that is $6000 at 45% profit you will receive $2700.00

Kroger Community Rewards Program Information:
 
 Ø Register your Kroger Plus Card at www.KrogerCommunityRewards.com
Ø The Charitable Organization that is sponsoring the Music Boosters is the:                                                  Pickerington Music Boosters. It takes 7-10 days for your organization to be attached to your card; you will know it’s working when you see a message at the bottom of your receipt that states, “At your request, Kroger is donation to ‘Pickerington Music Boosters’.”
Ø Please use the registration form to give our Kroger Coordinator (Raymond Ledesma) the card holders name, Kroger Plus Card Number & the Student the card should be dedicated to – this can be emailed to Raymond Ledesma – rjledesma@wowway.com or given to me at any booster meeting held once a month.
Ø This is a year to year program – you will be required to re-enroll by May of each year, starting after 4/1.
Ø   Reward rate is variable – dependant on the number of groups that enroll in the program. Kroger will not pay out more than $1,250,000 per quarter, individual card holders cannot earn more than $300 per quarter..
Ø   What types of items are not included in the Kroger Rewards Program:                                               alcohol, tobacco, government-assisted pharmacy expenses, postage stamps, Kroger giftcards and Green Dot Prepaid Cards, gift certificates, bottle deposits, lottery and promotional tickets, fuel, fuel center purchases, office services and Sales Tax. Eligible pharmacy purchases include out-of-pocket co-pays for non-government-assisted pharmacy programs.
Ø Payments to the Muisc Boosters will be quarterly.
·         Quarter 1: May 1 – July 31: Statements and donations sent by August 31st
·         Quarter 2: August 1 – October 31: Statements and donations sent by November 30th
·         Quarter 3: November 1 – January 31: Statement and donations sent by February 28th
·         Quarter 4: February 1 – April 30: Statement and donations sent by May 31st
Raymond Ledesma will work with the Music Booster Treasurer to reconcile the account quickly to move money into the Student Accounts within a couple of weeks after distribution.

Scrip is a program that pays the band a percentage of the gift cards you purchase.  Raymond Ledesma is the Scrip Fundraising Chairperson.  Here are the instructions for getting started with Scrip.  Be sure you list your students name so the funds raised to your child's student account. 
Your Scrip order is due Sunday night and delivery is every Thursday at the high school.  Raymond or Dianne will usually call families as a reminder if they have an order.
